Villa Meredith

Villa Meredith is located in Berlin near the Brandenburg Gate, is a beautifully designed and functionally well-thought-through modern villa. It was sustainably constructed using local materials and the wooden parts and furniture were handcrafted in the Indonesian island of Java. The villa offers the perfect settings for unforgettable holidays with your family or for Business trip purposes. On the ground floor, a stylish living room is bright thanks to many windows, there is also a large dining room with an open kitchen, all enjoy a nice view over the garden surrounding the villa.
Villa Meredith features an outstanding indoor-outdoor heated swimming pool that can be used both in the summer and during the cooler months of winter. A sauna and a Jacuzzi are also on-site to give you a full relaxing experience.
The entire house has a heating and cooling system to make your stay comfortable all year round.

Outdoors

The large half-acre property ensures complete seclusion and privacy and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop terrace has a very nice view. An outdoor kitchen with a grill, professional equipment, and a large garden dining table are available for a nice barbecue experience. The garden is mostly grass with several oak trees and it is enclosed which makes it worry-free for the guests as well as guests with pets.
