This spacious and modern Luxury Villa is located on Essex St.and Stanton in the Lower East Side of New York (close to the Hotel on Rivington).

The Villa Modena gets tons of light and comes with modern amenities including centralized heat/AC (vital in both the summer and winter months), High-speed wireless, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer.

It has a roomy interior with an open kitchen and 8 spacious bedroom rooms with a private bathroom each, 1 Home Cinema. 1 Meeting -room, dining room with capacity for 20 persons.

Up to 14 people can sleep on the property.

Fresh linens and towels are provided and changed daily.

Assistant Manager, Alice, lives just a few minutes away, and is available throughout the reservation period is on hand to handle all of your questions and needs as well as free advice on tourist attractions and assistance in traveling around NYC if needed!

Everything in this beautiful Villa was thoughtfully planned and designed. It was both beautiful and practical; everything worked, and it was all laid out clearly. Throughout our entire visit, the house manager and staff were wonderful hosts. Once more, many thanks!

We were very appreciative that we could accommodate our big group at Villa Modena. There was a small problem with the air conditioning, but it was solved in a few hours.I recommend with pleasure
