For my Business Group Villa Carmita was the ideal accommodation. The service was exceptional, the grounds were very well-kept and the house is exquisitely furnished.The only problem was that the housekeeper did not come to duty one day

For our family event, we decided to head off to Rome for a couple of days to celebrate. We are a big family, and we wanted our own space to have fun and feel good. Villa Carmita offered just that. Simply amazing, super spacious, and extremely luxurious. Worth it!

How nice most of the staff were especially Stefania, she was truly helpful, with all sorts of advice and explanations, and how convenient it was to get out of the tourist rush and get to a great pool. Negativ: The fact that the Villa did not have meals for late check-in, we arrived on Sunday tired and the person who was there at the time did not help.

Excellent property with a great pool. Residential area. Lots of space in the Villa. Good connectivity by public transportation and other outdoor facilities.
